Signs You Are Really Over Him

Did you recently break up with your boyfriend? Have you been broken up with him for a while? We all know that breakups can be tough. Getting over your partner can be tough to deal with. When he dumped you, it felt like he was breaking your heart into millions of pieces.

After a while you realize that getting over your ex is a huge relief and it feels good to be single again. If you think that, you’re back! Otherwise, you might want to think about getting back with your ex.

Take a look at the list below to see if you are really over him.

You notice other guys

You pay attention to other guys, especially the hot looking guy at your local store. The fact that you wouldn’t mind if he called you out for a coffee or a date is a sure sign that your feelings for your ex are fading.

Running into his sister at the bus station has no effect on you

She hugs you and tearfully says “I really thought you were the one for him”. You don’t turn emotional like it’s the end of the word!

You got rid of his gifts

You packed away all the cute little presents and things he gave you, and perhaps gave them away to charity. The emotional bond you shared is obviously broken.

He has no place on your contact lists

You deleted his email address from your Msn and Facebook profile and you have stopped checking whether he is online on Msn or Facebook all the time. The fact that you are not obsessing over his online habits is a sure sign that you are moving on.

Seeing him with another woman has no effect on you

You run into him and his new girlfriend and you are happy and content. The fact that you are not intimidated by another woman dating your ex is a sure fact you have no lingering feelings for him

No phone calls anymore

He is no longer on your speed dial and you have stopped drunken dialing him. You have realized that he is not worth it anymore and that you are better off without him.

It takes a while to get over a guy! Don’t get confused if you run into him and your heart pumps faster. We all know that our mind can play tricks on us sometimes. The feelings of attraction that got you together in the first place may still be there but do not confuse them with the feelings of love.
